Our family was dabbling with the idea of a second home for the past couple of years. After a family vacation, we decided to pull into the ReMax location in Murphy's to see what it would take to get the process started. We met with Neriah, on the spot, as a walk-in. That very same evening, we has a list of homes in our inbox. Then we set up appointments to begin to look at homes a week later which led us to embark on a journey across Calaveras and Tuolumne County to find our perfect cabin home at the right price in a condition we could afford.
Neriah was available to us both morning and late in the evening to answer questions, negotiate with the seller, and guide the process. Her constant speedy communication made all the difference and demonstrated her commitment to us. She was incredibly flexible with our schedule and easily pivoted with our changing needs. Neriah was absolutely amazing. My wife and I had long dreamt of buying a cabin in Arnold. For years we looked at listings, saved results, noted the features we wanted, and neighborhoods that felt like home.
About a year ago, we started looking for a realtor. I called so may people, trying to find someone who was attentive to my needs (I live in the Bay Area), knowledge both about the area and industry, plus operated with modern practices. Too many times I was left feeling like the local realtors pretended like there was excess inventory - a situation which was common up until late. I needed someone with quick communication skills and hustle.
Just when we were about to give up and hire someone down the hill, we found Neriah. Almost instantly we knew she was the realtor for us. She was appreciative of our detailed process, then excited to network and find exactly what we wanted. She hit the streets, talking to every realtor in her network, and searching for the perfect property for us.
And knowing what we wanted wasn't easy for her either - 95% of the time our conversations ended with 'no, this isn't the right house for us.' But it never deterred her. She kept at it until she found us the PERFECT HOUSE!
Then she helped in every way possible to make the house buying and closing happen. From facetiming us after the work day, to taking photos for us for insurance to connecting us with local support, she went the extra effort. She even helped entertain our daughter during one showing so we could get an extra close look a details. Her loving, caring style is second to none.
We are soo happy we chose Neriah, and would do it again in a heartbeat. From the bottom of my heart I say thank you! Neriah made our Cabin in Arnold dream come true.
